Over the years our passion has increased for real estate as my dad said Son a good investment is “bricks and Mortar” you can always touch it.
My past employment has been varied within the customer service arena. For most of my career was in the communications industry where I gain my experience in sales, sales support, training, customer and staff relations.
I commenced in the real estate industry as a sales person in the Walloon office in October 1992 learning the business and gaining a number of awards within the company. In December 1993 my wife Sherrie and I purchased the Walloon office business achieving another goal in our real estate adventure.
Over the years we have developed and implemented a number of systems and procedures to improve the operation of our business with our main aim to provide good customer service. We believe with well trained staff and providing them with a happy work environment produces good results for our clients, our business, our staff and families.
The industry is hard business, with a lot of ups and downs, long hours away from family and friends so you need to have a well structured team and facilities to ensure we provide the best service to our clients we can.

| After returning from 6 months overseas Stacey started in Real Estate as a Personal Assistant and then decided to take the plunge purely into sales in 2003. She has not looked back since. Stacey has completed further training and competently passed assessments in all aspects of Real Estate including Sales, Property Management and Business Studies to achieve her full License with the REIQ. Being a fully licensed agent gives her the ability to open or run her own office.
Working in the family business isn't something she thought she would end up doing, however is now very thankful for her upbringing and the influence real estate has on her life. Stacey has just finished building a brand new home and has been able to turn her first home into her first investment property.
To add another feather to her Real Estate cap Stacey is now a Property Manager in the Ipswich Office with a strong port folio. With up to date training on all the latest legislative changes Stacey is on the look out for more properties to add to her port folio.

| Kim has been with the PFS Team since 2004 commencing as a sales Agent. Firstly working in the Walloon Office which gave her experience in listing and selling small to large acreage then moving to the Ipswich Office as Senior Sales Person where she gained experience selling executive homes to retirement units. Kim then completed her full license training with the REIQ in 2005 and enjoyed all aspects of listing and selling until 2007 when she decided to move into an administrative roll with in the organisation. Kim's full license training has enabled her to be able to step into a supportive role to both Property Management and Sales support. In 2009 a Property Management Position became available and Kim decided to put her full licence training to good use and moved into that role. She now has a strong port folio and is looking at ways to increase her rent roll.
